Our restaurant culminates at 1386 meters above sea level and is located 300m from the Creux-du-Van. We are open every day during the summer season (from the end of April to the beginning of November). We offer hot and cold dishes as well as accommodation in dormitory (60 places) or in rooms. The restaurant of the Soliat is accessible by foot and by vehicle. A large parking lot, welcoming all types of vehicles including buses, is located a few meters from the restaurant.
In addition to our restaurant business we also practice cattle breeding (Angus). Besides the farm animals, it is common to be able to observe ibex along the Creux-du-Van, so do not forget your camera during your visit !
A little hollow or a great thirst, want to quench your thirst or to warm you. We offer a wide choice of small or large meals, ice creams, desserts, hot and cold drinks, aperitifs, wines and well-being on the mythical absinthe of Val-de-Travers.
